Meet Olga
My story is one of learning and constantly adjusting to realize strategic opportunities.
I grew up in a small village in Eastern Siberia, where the roads almost literally end. Love of learning has given me that strategic advantage no other preference would do, while the ability to realize strategic opportunities as I went has brought me to this independent entrepreneurial journey of today.
I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Culture and Leadership from the University of Aalborg, as well as a unique certificate in Social Learning Leadership from Etienne and Bev Wenger-Trayner, who are globally recognized thought leaders and consultants in the field of Social Learning.
For several years I worked for and contributed to the growth of a corporate university and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. Thanks to that experience, I have gained in-depth insights and found strategic opportunities to make Social Learning Talent the promise it can be.
