Social Learning Talent
is about you – those who sponsors, leads, designs, sustains and facilitates social learning. I tend to think about it as a lifelong agency for people, who have the courage and the heart to lead social learning.
Meet Olga
My story is one of learning and constantly adjusting to realize strategic opportunities.
I grew up in a small village in Eastern Siberia, where the roads almost literally end. A love of learning has given me a strategic advantage unlike any other, while my ability to recognize and realize opportunities along the way has led me to my current independent entrepreneurial journey.
In 2011, I earned an MA in Organizational Culture and Leadership from Aalborg University in Denmark, and in 2015 I became a Fellow in Social Learning Leadership at the Social Learning Lab in Portugal, founded by Etienne and Bev Wenger-Trayner, who are globally recognized thought leaders and consultants in the field of social learning.
More recently, I discovered leadership philosophy and protreptic guidance as reinvented by Ole Fogh Kirkeby in Denmark. Since 2025, I have also held a certificate in protreptic guidance.
My professional experience spans multiple sectors. I first worked for many years at Siemens Wind before embarking on an independent path as a leadership consultant and social learning advisor. As a consultant, I have worked with private and public organizations as well as NGOs.
I am passionate about languages and intercultural understanding. I work professionally in English, Danish, and Russian, and have proficiency in Ukrainian, German, and Norwegian. I also actively explore new languages, including European Portuguese, Mongolian, Japanese, Italian, Irish, and Māori.
